  • Please note that as of 1st January 2019, Daman Qatar will no longer have a provider network. Our remaining insured members can avail medical treatment on a reimbursement basis (subject to the policy terms & conditions).
  • Claims for reimbursement must be submitted to us within 120 days after the treatment has been received (inside or outside Qatar).Any claim submitted after the 120-day period will not be considered.
