Please note that as of 1st January 2019, Daman will no longer have a provider network. As such any treatment received by our remaining insured members will be on a reimbursement basis (subject to your health insurance policy terms & conditions).

Please ensure to submit your reimbursement claims (with all of the required documents) within 120 days after the date that you received the medical treatment whether it was received inside or outside Qatar. Reimbursement claims submitted after 120 days will not considered.
